Open Access Statement

The Journal is a fully Open Access publication, which means that all published articles are freely available on the public internet immediately upon publication, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers.

1. Core Open Access Principles

In accordance with the Budapest Open Access Initiative (BOAI) definition, users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of all articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without requesting prior permission from the publisher or the author.

  • Immediate Access: Unrestricted and immediate access to all published content upon online publication.

  • Free Availability: Readers and institutions do not pay any subscription fees or paywalls to access published research.

2. Licensing & Rights

All articles published in the Journal are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0).

  • Authors retain full copyright and grant the Journal the right of first publication.

  • Third parties are free to share and adapt the material for any purpose (including commercially), provided that appropriate attribution is given to the original author(s) and the Journal, and all derivative works are distributed under the same license as the original.
